Question: Do we need technical expertise to implement Save My Play?
Answer: No, you do not need technical expertise to implement Save My Play. It is a simple and fast process to get up and running and earning money.
Question: Do we have to install a lot of equipment to use Save My Play?
Answer: No. You secure one small camera - smaller than a slice of bread - to a pole or wall and you are finished. There is no other hardware to install.
Question: Do we need to to integrate or change our reservation/scheduling system to use Save My Play?
Answer: No. Save My Play works completely independently of your reservation system. Whether you take reservations online, via phone, email, etc. Save My Play works with no integration or effort at all.
Question: I read the list of Save My play benefits and it sounds great but I am worried it is very expensive? We are a small facility with one tennis and two pickleball courts.

Question: Can you explain how I can decide after a play occurs that I want to save it? Would I have to save before the play occurs?
Answer: Great question and one that we are often asked.
Save My Play is magical in that first you make that great play and after the play occurs you record it for your own use or to share.
Part of this 'time machine' ability is due to the artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms we developed over thousands of hours.
Question: Is Save My Play secure? I'm concerned about customer privacy regarding video and data.
Answer: We take customer/player privacy extremely seriously and our entire system was developed with this in mind. Unlike nearly every video product on the market, Save My Play does not send and video to the cloud unless a player specifically triggers the system. This already creates a much more secure video system.
Additionally, our custom player sign on flow (dynamic kiosk) ensures that players must be present at your facility to actually use the system.
Question: I run a youth basketball league. I am sure players, friends, parents and relatives would love to save great basketball plays. Can I use Save My Play for basketball?
Answer: We are passionate about basketball having been a commissioner and coach in a 1,000+ player youth basketball league or many years.

Question: The local facility I play at does not offer Save My Play currently. Can I refer you to them?
Answer: Yes you can. When a facility learns about Save My Play they generally get excited and want to join our early adopter program.

Question: I love the quality of the Save My Play videos. I watch them on my smartphone, tablet and computer. Is there a way I can watch them on my big screen TV? It would be very cool.
Answer: Great news! Most digital TV's will allow you to cast from your mobile device and watch on a big screen, which is awesome - especially as the Save My Play videos are higher quality that other streaming services! I cast videos all the time from my iPhone to my Samsung TV. It only takes a minute to connect to cast to your TV and you are all set.

Question: We plan to install Save My Play in our facility. What is the optimal angle and height for camera placement?
Answer: We provide lot's of info on camera placement in the welcome kit you will receive. Personally we enjoy placing either in a corner for an angle shot at approx 8-11 feet or at court level. We also enjoy mounting the camera behind the serve line of the court on a wall approx 7-12 feet high.
The cool thing , because the camera weighs less than a pound and is so portable, is you can experiment and even move the camera from time to time to give your players new and exciting views of their great plays. More angles means more fun and more taps!
Question: Can you please list the main features you include in Save My Play?
Answer: The list of features is rapidly growing as we listen to our clients and add new ones when it creates a better playing experience. As of December 8, 2023 high level features include:
1 players can easily save and share great plays with a 'tap'
2- display instant replays in slow motion or regular speed on screens or tablets in under 9 seconds (one client uses 85" monitors)
3- record entire matches without tripods, editing or uploading
4- live stream entire matches to fans and relatives anywhere in the world you can even add pay-per-view
5- act as a backup security camera so you can monitor areas you do not have video access to with your primary security cameras.
